re:charge puts the pep back in your step. We’ve got a full cardio collection: stationary bikes, treadmills, stairclimbers, and elliptical machines from Life Fitness. A stretching zone with mats gives yogis space to limber up. Or fire up your muscles with strength machines and free weights. Ready to cool down? Pop into the splash pool next door for a quick dip.

Now it’s easier then ever to stay in shape on the road with PumpOne a-workouts, portable workout programs that can be downloaded and viewed on a laptop or handheld device such as an iPod, iPhone, Blackberry, Treo and others.  These easy-to-execute a-workouts, created exclusively for Aloft guests, include video, images, and audio coaching for seven fitness programs, from cross training to yoga.

Parking is located at Mariner Passage Garage.  Instructions if a guest elects to add parking to their bill:  1) Inform our Front Desk Talent that you desire to add parking to your bill.  2) As you enter the parking garage, press the button for a ticket.  3) When exiting the parking garage, insert the paper ticket you received followed by your room key.  4) If you are returning back, press the button for another ticket and repeat the exiting procedure. $13 USD daily parking fee applies.

It’s great for a leisurely swim—or even some poolside email catch-up, thanks to free wireless Internet service. During the week, plan your dip for the evening hours.
