Just How Convenient Is Our Washington DC National Harbor Hotel?
Let Us Count The Ways
Lets see if we can recall all the things that make
Aloft Washington National Harbor the most dynamic of
Maryland National Harbor hotels to open its doors in recent memory. Located in the hot, new National
Harbor waterfront community, a mere ten miles outside the Nations Capital, we are perched on the eastern
shore of the Potomac River, just south of the Capital Beltway (I-495). All three DC-area airports Reagan
National, Dulles, and BWI can be reached in under an hour, with Reagan National a seven-mile cab ride away.
Its only a few Metro stops to the Smithsonian, Mall, and monuments, and you can cruise into Georgetown or Old
Town Alexandria aboard a water taxi. To hit the vibrant shops, dining, and nightlife of the National Harbor,
all it takes is a nod in the right direction by the Aloha Desk and a three-block walk. So, howd we do?
- Perched on the Potomac Rivers eastern shore, overlooking Old Town Alexandria
- Only fifteen minutes from downtown Washington, DC and steps from the sprawling Gaylord National convention center
- In the heart of National Harbors scenic marina, offering exhilarating outdoor activities, chic shopping, and vibrant dining and nightlife
- Just seven miles from Reagan National Airport (DCA) and under an hour from Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI)
